1. Eligibility and Age Restriction

Access to the keg999 platform and all of its services is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. keg999 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an account, make a deposit, place a bet, or participate in any game or promotion on the platform. This age restriction applies regardless of local legal gambling age where it may be lower.
• You must be accessing keg999 of your own free will, for personal entertainment purposes, and not on behalf of another person or legal entity.

2. Account Registration and Verification

To access the full range of services available on keg999, you are required to create a personal account. By registering, you agree to the following conditions:

• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification codes.
• Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on keg999. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If keg999 identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances held within them may be forfeited.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. keg999 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• You must notify keg999 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised third party.
• keg999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, or utility bill issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions.
• Account sharing is prohibited. Your keg999 account is personal to you and must not be used by or transferred to any other person.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

keg999 supports the following payment methods for players based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all deposit and withdrawal transactions:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by keg999, though your payment provider may apply their own limits.
• Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are credited to your keg999 balance in real time under normal operating conditions. keg999 does not charge a transaction fee on mobile wallet deposits.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to verified accounts within one (1) hour during active processing hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or for accounts subject to enhanced verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by the keg999 compliance team following an identity verification review.
• keg999 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of any outstanding identity verification, source of funds verification, or bonus wagering requirement.
• All transactions on keg999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). keg999 is not responsible for any currency conversion charges applied by your bank or payment provider.
• Depositing funds into your keg999 account for any purpose other than genuine gameplay is prohibited. Any funds deposited and immediately withdrawn without meaningful play may be treated as a violation of these Terms.

4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

keg999 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered players only. keg999 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion and to exclude any player from a promotion at any time.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus will be stated clearly in that promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Only one bonus may be active on your account at any one time. Claiming a new bonus before completing the wagering requirements on an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the active bonus balance.
• keg999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time and without prior notice. Such changes will not affect bonuses already accepted and in active use subject to their stated terms at the time of acceptance.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, exploiting promotional terms through low-risk betting patterns, or coordinating with other players to manipulate promotional outcomes — is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5. Sports Betting Rules and Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity and game participation on keg999:

• All bets are final once confirmed. keg999 does not accept requests to cancel, amend, or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases where keg999 has made a manifest error in displaying odds or market terms.
• keg999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were clearly erroneous, whether due to a technical error, data feed failure, or human error. Voided bets will be refunded to your keg999 balance at the original stake amount.
• In-play bets on cricket — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers matches — are subject to the ball-by-ball market settlement rules published in the keg999 sports betting help section. Markets settle based on official scorecards from the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, BCCI).
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or reduced in overs due to weather or other circumstances, settlement will follow keg999's published cricket abandonment rules. Generally, markets on matches that have not completed the minimum required overs will be voided.
• keg999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or maximum winnings on any market or game at its discretion, without notice and without any requirement to provide a reason.
• All casino games on keg999 — including those provided by Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider. keg999 is not responsible for any technical failures occurring within third-party game software.
• Suspected match-fixing, cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), or any other attempt to gain an unfair advantage will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable.

6. Responsible Gaming Obligations

Any reproduction, distribution, modification, public display, or commercial exploitation of any keg999 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, keg999 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, technical failures, or errors in odds or game results. keg999's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

keg999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, suspected money laundering, abusive conduct toward support staff, or any other conduct that keg999 considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players. Upon account closure, any remaining balance in excess of amounts subject to forfeiture will be returned to the player's verified payment method.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable principles of fairness and good faith.
